Rules and Regualations 

Timings:

1. • • School commences at 9:00 AM sharp, and punctuality is paramount. Latecomers will face strict consequences. 

     • Class hours: 9:20 AM - 12:30 PM 

     • Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM 

     • Afternoon Session: 1:05 PM - 3:00 PM 

     • Interval: 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM 

     • Evening Session: 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM

Dress Code:

1. • All students are required to strictly adhere to the school's dress code. 

   • Neat and tidy uniforms contribute to a positive learning environment.

Personal Grooming:

1. • Boys must maintain well-trimmed hair and beards, promoting a smart and disciplined appearance. 

   • Girls should also properly fold up their hair plates using ribbon.

Jewellery Policy:

1. • Students are prohibited from wearing gold jewellery on the school premises. 

   • The school will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

Leave Procedures:

1. • Parental consent is mandatory for all leaves. A leave application must be duly signed by parents. 

   • Leave requests should be communicated to class teachers a day in advance, ensuring proper authorization. 

   • Sick leave may be granted without prior notification, but parents are expected to inform the school at the earliest opportunity.

Discipline for Learning:

1. • Discipline is the foundation for effective learning. Students are expected to uphold a disciplined and respectful attitude towards teachers, staff, and fellow students. 

   • Respectful behaviour contributes to a positive and focused learning environment

Disciplinary Action:

1. • Violations of school rules may result in disciplinary action, ranging from warnings to suspension. 

   • Repeated or severe breaches may lead to the issuance of Transfer Certificates (TC). 

   • By prioritising discipline, students at school , contribute to their personal growth and the collective development of the learning community. We appreciate the cooperation of students and parents in upholding these regulations for the benefit of everyone at the school.
